I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and the Barcelona School of Economics (BSE). Previously, I spent five years in investment banking and private equity, followed by three years in development finance at IDB Invest (Inter-American Development Bank), where I joined the Young Professionals Program in the Infrastructure and Energy Division in Santiago de Chile. I hold an MSc in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics (LSE) and an MRes in Economic Analysis from UAB, with short academic visits in Brazil (USP), and France (TSE). I grew up in Bogotá, Colombia.
Research interests: Contract theory and sustainable finance (main). Networks, industrial organization and environmental economics (secondary).
